When do Symptoms of Genital Warts (HPV) show up?
I had a sexual encounter with a woman on Monday, and I made sure to use a condom during the whole encounter. However, I don’t know this woman and she was a woman who was definitely in her 50’s or 60’s. However, several hours later, I did notice a mild itch on my testicles. Just a mild itch.
I also heard from my friends that symptoms from an HPV infection usually show up about 2 weeks after being infected, but my "symptoms" (if you could call it that) showed up mere hours after having sex.
I did receive an answer earlier from someone else, that symptoms from Herpes show about 2 weeks after catching the virus, but I forgot to ask the question about Genital Warts also. (Sorry about that)
What are the chances that I may have contracted genital warts from this person? When do symptoms usually show up?
Thanks a lot and answers would be much appreciated.
P.S. Would it be possible for a Physician to test if I have an HPV infection?

symptoms wouldnt show up that quick. a virus has to have time to replicate. no virus is that fast.
no you cannot get tested for hpv. only women can get tested with a pap smear.
HPV may never show Symptoms you can carry the virus for life and not know a thing about it. It can not be treated
