What does it mean if I have a wart on my leg but you can see a blood line under the skin?

I have a cluster of 3 warts on the side of my leg. You can see a "blood line" under the skin which leads from the largest wart. The blood line is about 1 or 2 inches long. The warts don’t really hurt but they are annoying and I am confused about why this line of blood has appeared

Infection… itll go away just get the wart femoved or burned off.
what colour is it?
Blue/Red: not infected
Black/Other:Infected and you should clean it and put some ointment on it.
