What causes planters warts on feet? Is there any "home remedies" to get rid of or prevent them from occuring?

A virus (human papillomavirus (or HPV)) causes warts. Most over-the-counter wart remedies (Compound W, etc) contain salicylic acid, and they sometimes work if the wart is small. I would recommend getting seen by someone and having the thing treated because plantar warts, in particular, can really get big. They’re really tough to get rid of sometimes. Good luck.
There are many home remedies, but my best advice is to see a doctor. You can go to a local drugstore and there are many different patches that Dr. Scholl’s Foot Care makes that you can buy. You can just read the package and get all the information or you can ask the pharmacist which product they think would work better.
