You’ll itch a lot in that spot. A day or so later, you’ll see the little warts forming (you can pick them off then when they’re small). If you do pick then off, be sure to sterilize your fingernails afterwards with alcohol labeled antimicrobial or benzoyl peroxide, then the warts won’t spread elsewhere on you if you scratch anywhere.

What are genital warts?
Genital warts may be small, flat, flesh-colored bumps or tiny, cauliflower-like bumps. In men, genital warts can grow on the penis, near the anus, or between the penis and the scrotum. In women, genital warts may grow on the vulva and perineal area, in the vagina and on the cervix. Genital warts vary in size and may even be so small that you can’t see them. They can lead to cancer of the cervix in women or cancer of the penis in men.
Genital warts are caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). There are many kinds of HPV. Not all of them cause genital warts.
swabbing the area with vinegar will make the warts show up white.
It depends, but most people experience no pain at all. If anything, there may be itching.
But genital warts are most easily identified by their unique look. Some of them look like dry flaky things that harden up into a shell-like thing and others are soft and pimple-like. Either way, they usually tend to group together in clusters, forming a cauliflower-like pattern.
