Wart treatment – salicylic acid – how to apply & best wart treatments?

Should I pick at the wart and remove skin layers over the wart so that it is fleshy on the top and then apply the salicylic acid wart treatment (which really stings!) or should I leave the wart alone and just apply the acid (which doesn’t hurt as much)?
Also, if you have had quite a large wart and got rid of it, what method did you use?

Hi, usually they say to file some of the dry skin off of the wart and then apply the solution. And yes it will sting! ouch! The only thing that has ever worked for me was this stuff I bought on ebay and it works! The seller is maggme100, it only cost like 10 bucks. It is 100% wart/mole remover and its great! Good Luck!
