I have never seen one on his snout or lip or mouth.When you go to the vet they can biopsy easly.your dog could of got into something out back or it can be cancerouse or anything.It can be swelling from a bite.It can be an allergic reaction.It can be anything .What matters is that hes going to the vet.Good luck.
