Is it possible to get a disease if you are fingered by someone that has a wart on their finger?

Not normally, BUT it is not impossible. He should use a finger cot (it looks like a mini condom) The STD would be Human Papilloma Virus the strand that causes warts/skin tags. It is NOT curable but it is treatable, symptoms would be itchiness and possible bumps or tags in your genital area. You should really go to the clinic with him if he is your significant other, if not you should go alone or with a friend if you want to get checked out or need any other info.
Unlikely but I would avoid warty fingers inside of me. Gross.
