Good question!
I know that Gardasil / HPV vaccine only protects a female from certain strains of HPV, but not all.
HPV is virus, it affects inside and outside of a woman’s body. It’s just on the outside, it’s obvious and it’s a big sign that she’d better get to a doctor to have the warts removed…because if you see them on the outside there’s are really good chance, like 100% that they are also living on the inside.
At any rate you have a really good question/dilemna and at your next doctor’s visit ask. Or talk to the public health nurse. Good luck.
Always use a condom…
NO put on a rubber
If you have sex unprotected there is a very high chance that she could get it as well. You will deff. need to tell her that you have it.
YOu need to disclose to all of your partners that you have herpes warts before you have sex.
If you are talking about hpv, yea she can still get genital warts from you. Take it from me, i’m an expert on this matter.
Genital Warts, Also Known as Venereal Warts or Condylomata Acuminata, are caused by the Human Papilloma virus .
Some Tips and Precautions You Can Use Rigt Away :
* Take care not to damage, scratch or pick at these warts.
* Inform your partner, use a condom, and practice safe sex.
* Wash your hands thoroughly with hot water and soap.
* Avoid touching them. Because they are so contagious, you could spread them with your hands.

Your partner runs the risk of getting it as well. Don’t listen to these people that say to use a condom to protect them. Condoms provide very little protection from herpes and HPV, because its transmitted through skin to skin contact, not bodily fluids.
I think you should talk to a doctor.Unfortunately, you will infect any partner you have, this is a highly infectious and contagious disease.
There is no such thing as safe sex with this condition, and a condom will not protect your partner. You will pass on the HPV virus which is a cause of cervical cancer in some cases.
When you were diagnosed with this condition, the doctor should have warned you about this condition, and the consequences of sexual contact.
Vacination will not prevent this type of infection.
I am sorry to be so blunt, and i do sympatise with you,but please ask yourself would you want to infect another person with this condition?
It is what killed Farah Fawcett Majors. She had them in her anal passage and she developed cancer from the infection.
Actually your question may appear complicated, but is rather a simple one with a simple solution.
Dont be concerned about embarrassment..see the doctor, get treatment, get the warts removed..
A simple CREAM may do the trick.
U do NOT want to give your future partner Genital Warts.there are a bit more complications for women, particularly IF you want child/children.
AND: This "problem" is a highly contagious one.
Even IF she was vaccinated..U need to tell her U are a sufferer.. U dont want that, do U ??
Besides it is always possible that leaving the infection untreated in U, could eventually lead to other complications for >>U.
IF TREATED..this is NOT such a big problem for U..now.
hmmm!
I’m not sure if my answer will help with your problem but here it is
the best thing to
do is visit your doctor. but regarding genital warts infection you can try some alternatives first before
giving a try some uncomfortable and embarrasing treatments. I tried wartrol before and has
positive experience with it. after a coupleof weeks genital warts infection is completely gone and never experince
the same infection again. visit this place http://doiop.com/wartrol to to hear more about it. another
option is A 0.15% – 0.5% podophyllotoxin (also called podofilox) solution in a gel or
cream. Marketed as Condylox (0.5%), Wartec (0.15%) and Warticon (0.15%), it can be applied
by the patient to the affected area and is not washed off. It is the purified and
standardized active ingredient of the podophyllin. Podofilox is safer and more effective
than podophyllin. Skin erosion and pain are more commonly reported than with imiquimod and
sinecatechins. Its use is cycled (2 times per day for 3 days then 4–7 days off); one review
states that it should only be used for four cycles. good day
