How to remove scar from wart removal?

Summer of 09 I had laser surgery to remove warts from my fingers, and mouth area.
I was left with scars, when the healing was over.
They are super embarrassing, is there ANY way to get rid of the scars?

I heard this CVS scar cream works well. Many other work as well, but keep in mind, you will probably only be able to lighten the scar, but a lightened wart scar is better than a full scar. They sell those lotions that help with scare removal. I can’t think of the name right now but it would be right by the band aids in the store. I will warn you that it is pretty expensive, but I bet if it works it’s really worth it.
