How do I know if my wart is completely gone?

I have a wart on my knuckle and i went to the dermatologist twice in the past 2 weeks and he said to cancel the appointment if I’m sure the wart is gone. I want to be sure its gone because i don’t want to go back and have to pay if there is no wart.

It’s hard to say if it’s completely gone, because even if it looks gone it can come back. I would go to the appointment just in case so you don’t have to spend more money later.
