How do I get rid of a wart that's under one side of my thumb nail?

I have this wart that’s under one side of my thumb nail and I don’t know how to get rid of it. Nothing seems to work. If you answer my question with a way to get rid of my wart and it works I’ll put your answer as best answer and you’ll GET 10 POINTS!!! But only if I do it and my wart goes away 4good!

warts are a mental condition. i can make it go away within two weeks, but you must believe what i tell you, if you don’t listen or believe it wont happen anyway…..
Every morning when you wake up and every night before you go to bed run the area effected under a cold tap for 30 seconds, doesn’t have to be specially cold just cold. if you do this a trust me 100% it will work
you can go to wal-mart to get this stuff that freezes the wort and it just falls off
