How do I get rid of a wart on my ankle without seeing a doctor?

I had a wart for a good 4-8 months now… and I really want to get rid of it. Do home remedies work better or wart treatment products that freeze them? I’m unsure so please help. And please tell me how to apply it or where to buy it.

I would attempt the over the counter type remedies…If that doesn’t work I definitely would see a doctor versus trying some weird method an interweb poster makes
I used Freeze-A-Way on my 7 year old son, and it worked perfectly! There are detailed instructions inside the box, so you should be fine…You should be able to find it at any major grocery store, but I got mine at Target.
Good luck!
for me the wart remover bandaids work best…be patient though it will take a week
Warts are due to infection by a virus called the human papilloma virus. Sometimes they are very resistant to treatment.
If the wart is too large a local application can fail.
A trusted local application which can be obtained over the counter is POSALFILIN ointment.
You have to follow the directions in the pack.
Warts can also be treated by cauterisation.
