How do genital warts look after being treated with podophillin?

My doctor isn’t sure if what i have is genital warts or something else,so she applied some podophillin to my vagina on those lesions,and after that they got white.This is how warts respond to podophillin?

A reputable doctor if unsure of what the lesions orginated from would test you for all STD’s and then if still unsure could biopsy a piece of tissue and tell you for sure if they are warts… sounds like you need to find a doctor who is more up to date on testing for STD’s.
