How can I tell if my plantar wart is completely removed?

I’ve been using compound W salicylic acid one step pads and i’ve removed enough of the wart so that i can see the blood vessels under my skin. its not bleeding but i just want to make sure it’s fully removed since i’ve read that its very difficult to actually completely remove a wart so that it doesn’t actually grow back.
any info on how to find out whether its actually really gone?

Yes it is really really hard to tell. You actually have to wait until the skin heals over to see if you can visually see any wart tissue. That is unfortunately the only way. If you have burned off that much skin to the point that you can see blood vessels, I would stop the treatment and let the skin grow back for now.
when it doesn’t come back.
had one on my wrist and froze it off 3 times before it went away.
