Has anyone had a child and also have active hpv (the type that causes warts) at the time of delivery?

I have allready had the baby, but i am horribly worried about the very rare respiratory papillmatosis that is sometimes passed to baby. I wish i could stop worrying, but i’m a first time mom and would like ppl with expierence with this.
He was born almost three weeks ago
