i just want to know if women have had a normal delivery when pregnant with genital warts.. and did it go ok?

no, its no ok! you must get rid of warts before labor otherwise you should have c-section! because if you have genital warts then there is risk that baby can be infect with HPV during labor!
you should discuss it with your doctor!
