Warts are passed by contact with other warts.
You will not pass a wart from your hand to your face via blood stream - but...
All warts are caused by the virus HPV - there are many different strains. Some are more virulent than others, and some are more prone to specific areas than others.
So you *may* transfer a wart on your hand to your face (or any other part of your body), depending on the specific strain and the amount of contact.
If you are worried about a wart, you can have your doctor take a small scarping and see which strain it is. Some are prone to cancer.
A great resource for accurate info is Wikipedia. I'll edit with the link for you.

Warts do not spread through the blood stream they are localized. If they did, your whole body would be covered in warts.
