Does Genital wart treatment leave scars?.?

I have 3 roundish spots about 1/4 cm across that are lighter in skin color than the rest of the skin near my genital region. The spots don’t hurt, nor are they painful. I have had warts previously and had them treated with every outbreak…Just wondering if the treatment has left my skin scarred or if it may be something more serious.

maybe its only scar tissue and maybe genital warts are reappearing again…

If you have had three warts burned off in the same areas as the spots, then this is likely scar tissue.
