i have tried every store product here and even went to the doctors to get it froze off. the wart keeps growing back. this happened to me about 20 years ago also to another wart i had on my finger. i had found a green paste in the store and it worked, but i don’t remember the name of it. if anyone knows what the name of it is, it would be appreciated or if anyone has a tried and true remedy, let me know.

I have a wart on my index finger – the doctor told me to purchase the band-aid type wart remover to get rid of it, that the freeze kind doesn’t work. So I bought Dr. Scholl’s with the small salycilic acid disks and band-aid type covers. I put the first one on on Monday evening – Tuesday it began to hurt. I cut the disc smaller today and re-applied, but it still hurts and my finger around the area itches – it’s VERY annoying. Can anyone give me ideas about a better way to remove or whether there should be any pain or not? I didn’t expect ANY pain from it….thanks for any help anyone has.

Yesterday I went to get a wart frozen off with nitrogen. afterwards the docor gave me a small needle and said to drain the blister that would form after 24 hours. it’s been a day and I tried draining it for nearly an hour and nothing is really happening. what can I do? the blister is nearly the size of a dime and very, VERY painful

Summer of 09 I had laser surgery to remove warts from my fingers, and mouth area.
I was left with scars, when the healing was over.
They are super embarrassing, is there ANY way to get rid of the scars?

I have done research and have came down to two medications for wart removal. The Dr. Scholls dual action remover and the Compound W wart remover. The wart is located on arm. Any suggestions as to which one is more effective and really works to removing the wart?
