I was masterbating in my friends underwear in the anus area and I’ve got bumps. Could those be genital warts or just bumps. They’ve been there for a while. The was no skin to skin contact though.

NO. Most stds die once they hit open air and they don’t last on objects for long periods of time.
Genital warts is an std, it’s passed when you have oral sex or intercourse with some one that has it. Masturbating is not considered to be a sexual act, but you can’t get stds or infections from doing it with your self. The entrance of the anus is normally a little bumpy. It could just be a bacterial infection.
