No dude, Genital Warts cause wart like spots on your member. Go get it checked out the earlier you treat it the easier it is to get it to go away.

No, sounds like genital warts though which is an STI. It’s a virus. It causes flat warts on men.
Genital warts are spread by direct skin to skin contact during vaginal or anal sex. Infection may occur after direct contact with a visible wart. It is also possible that contact with an area of skin with a subclinical infection may result in infection i.e. you can get it without having sex.
get it checked out, they’ll give you a cream or freeze them off.

It’s far more likely that you have genital warts (an STD). See a doctor for treatment.

I think it is unlikely to be the cause, do you have scabies proven elsewhere that made you think it might be this?
If this is the case I would warn you that sometimes scabies is sexually transmitted and this might mean that you have a second STD.
If this is possible best to attend a suitable STD clinic. Otherwise get your GP to have a look.
