Yes for herpes, no for genital wart. You can get a blood test ofr herpes antibodies in your blood. There is an HPV test available for women, but it only tests the cervix and only looks for the cancer-causing strains. The strains that cause warts do not cause cancer.
I’m not too sure about testing for genital warts but, yes you can have a blood test done for herpes. Some doctors don’t want to test you with out having an out break because blood testing can be iinaccurate if it’s done too early after exposure.
