I’ve had a wart on the bottom of my foot for quite some time. I’d gone and gotten it frozen a couple months ago and used some wart remover, but before the wart was gone I ran out -was sharing a bottle- and never bothered to do anything for a while. A few days ago I decided to take action, and that’s where this question comes in.

Out of curiousity, I’d put a little bit of alcohol on the wart the day before I started using salicylic acid. It had been pretty hard before, but then it got harder. A few days after using the acid, it looked completely white and dead, and was pretty hard. I got a splinter in the bottom of my toe today and when I was using a razor blade to get it out, I idly poked at the wart and didn’t feel anything. I got curious so I kept poking, and ended up digging out a lot of what looked like dead wart. There was fresh skin under it, and I’m still using salicylic to be safe, but did I potentially mess anything up?

I heard the doctor can start out by giving you an ointment to put on the warts? How effective is the cream?

Will I be given some antibiotics so my body can fight off this virus?

What are some other treatments? Can the gynocologist do surgery right in his office for genital warts or is it an extensive and invase procedure?

I’ve heard that duct tape works really well for wart removal, but from what I’ve read it’s supposed to be painless.
Well, I’ve been trying this for about four days now and mine hurts like…well like something not very nice. It’s kind of a needle-like stabbing pain, if that helps. Also, I’m not sure if these little demon tumors on my toes are warts at all. I think they’re spawn of the devil.

Anyway, anyone have some advice?

I’m trying to help a friend figure out whether or not his wife cheated on him.
You guys brought up some good issues. He was a virgin before he met her, they’ve only been married almost a year. She has been around. He knew that before he married her so I respect his choice in that. He is in job training out of state right now and confided in a family member that asked for my help because she use to be my roomate. I am not on very good terms with her right now though. I didn’t think the personal aspects of it mattered because its just a general question.

And does Gardasil protect against that strain?
